Just wow! I don’t usually find a guided meditation that I like but Hypno-Meditation with Dr. Russ is amazing. I haven’t done any hypnosis for many years and forgot just how effective it is. Dr. Russ’s soothing voice guides you through relaxation and meditation and then through repetition and suggestion, and finally uses hypnotherapy to access some of the foundational programming areas of your brain. It’s pretty unreal. I actually found myself ‘hearing’ the powerful suggestions throughout the next day… well you will have to try it for yourself! I’ve tried out quite a few different tracks of this nature… binaural beats, meditative or relaxing iterations… I wasn’t expecting anything new. I’d say I’m shocked by how incredibly different from all the rest this was, except I’m too relaxed to be shocked :). Seriously, during, and especially afterward… it was if I had taken some kind of relaxing sedative, or had a glass or two of wine… about the closest I can come to explaining… except those descriptions are woefully inadequate. There was no negative aspect in any way… as one my feel from a pill or alcohol… I just felt… both a mental AND physical mellowness. It was superbly pleasant… I’m actually about to ‘take another swig’ in preparation for a good night’s rest. Thank you Dr. Russ for such an impressive offering!

If you are someone who suffers at all from anxiety, and in some form that really is a majority of us, you need to for yourself and well being follow Dr. Russ’ teachings and especially this Hypno-Meditation. Not only is Dr. Russ’ voice soothing, it takes you very easily to a place where you can connect with your anxiety, your triggers and examine how your anxiety affects your mind, body and emotional state. I am not the best at sitting still, at tapping into my quiet place but upon listening to this Hypno-Meditation I was able to connect deeper and realize how better to cope with my anxiety. Amazing! This meditation has changed the way I treat my anxiety and really helps me especially at night time so I can disconnect from all the stress so my body can heal while I sleep. It has helped me connect back to myself, taught me how to breathe deeper and allows me to feel relief instantly once its starts.
